HUD’s Donovan Calls A Housing Bottom

The U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development appeared Sunday morning on CNN's State of the Unionto give a boost to the depressed housing market, deeming it "...very unlikely that we see a significant further decline... it is a good time to buy because its so affordable today..."
